Return and Refund Policies

At Akidat, we ensure that all items undergo a quality check before they are dispatched.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us at  within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to initiate the return process. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond. Items must be returned within 2 days in their original packaging. Please refer below to determine which items are eligible for return, as certain restrictions apply for hygiene reasons. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.

Products may be returned if:

• Damage occurs during shipment.

Products are NOT eligible for return if:

• Damage is due to normal wear and tear.
• The return is initiated due to a change of mind.

Are Exchanges possible?

We regret to inform you that we DO NOT accept exchanges for any items based on a change of mind or unsuitability. Our product descriptions contain specifications to assist you in making informed decisions.

Is Order Cancellation an option?

Please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will accommodate your request. Cancellations shall not be accepted after 24 hours.
